• Curd/Yoghurt Maker: Vinod Stainless Steel Casserole also doubles up as a curd maker. Pour slightly warm milk in the casserole and mix ½ to 1 teaspoon of curd into the milk. Cover the casserole with insulated lid. There will be no effect under normal conditions of outside temperature on the contents of the casserole and you will have excellent curd in 5 to 6 hours.
